We are currently seeking a hard-working, engaging, and nurturing Preschool Teacher for children ages 3–5 who is passionate about early childhood education and preparing students for kindergarten and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Support early literacy, math, and social-emotional development
- Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer interactions
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate as partners in their child’s growth and development
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Creative, organized, and able to balance structure with play
